After finishing your training, you can use the sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub, ideal for up to six people. They are in the changing rooms (both male and female). These treatments will make you feel better and your skin will be brighter, thanks to the expulsion of toxins, which have accumulated for the stress and the unhealthy diet.

Privacy 2 relax areas!!!
Two different relax areas are at your disposal, to assure you all the privacy you need!! It is exclusive for men in the male changing rooms, and for women in the femal changing rooms.

Acqua SPA... total wellness
The swimming pool offers 12 seats for the hot tub and 2 geiger for the lymphatic drainage which is ideal for the circulation, to harden the muscles and prevent the formation of cellulitis. Moreover you will find a water jet for a wonderful cervical massage and a water blade for a relaxing back massage.

You can use the hydromassage route, the waterfalls for the massages and the swimming pool on Saturdays, on Sundays and when there aren't any activities in progress.
